TRISTEZA Live in Concert @ The BARN U.C. Riverside FREE


Coming Wednesday, October 7th to the UCR Barn, KUCR presents Jamaica’s reggae legends The Wailing Souls in a special performance. With 17 full-length albums, the Wailing Souls are among the greatest, most acclaimed, reggae artists of all time.The Wailing Souls are known for their super-soulful Motown-influenced vocal style with unique deep roots reggae flavor.
Local reggae act, Beyond Rhythm will open the show. Beyond Rhythm is known for creating their delightful and traditional take on ska and reggae. DJ’s from KUCR’s The Joint and Distant Drum will be spinning irie beats all night long.
As always admission is free and the show is all ages. Doors open at 8:00pm, with music starting at 8:30. For those who don’t know, the Barn is located off University Ave. on West Campus Drive. Parking is $5 dollars. The Barn can be located on the campus of The University of California, Riverside 900 University Ave. Riverside, CA 92521
