Ragga Muffins on Distant Drum
The 30th Annual Ragga Muffins Festival will grace us locally when the tour takes a stop in Long Beach, California. This years line up features singer/songwriter/percussionist Bunny Wailer. Wailer was raised in the same household as Bob Marley and Peter Tosh and his blend of feel good roots reggae bleeds pure Rastafarian spirituality. With over 30 performers and two days of music one can do no more but give thanks. We know those of you who are loyal would love to attend and KUCR is giving you that chance. Tune in to KUCR 88.3 fm this Saturday February 12th for DISTANT DRUM at 2pm for your chance to win tickets for either the Saturday or Sunday performances. For more information on the Ragga Muffins visit http://raggamuffins.org/ or http://www.raggamuffinsfestival.com/long_beach_lineup.html
